| We love our 'mini' apps and we want to show them off. Take a look at the images on the right to see some more details. From custom navigation and background images to project maps, anything is possible with the Architect map 'mini' app. |
Can I control the navigation layout on my "mini" app homepage?Yes! You have full control over the button text, button size, button colour, border size, border colour and button coordinates on the homescreen. The only items which are fixed on the homescreen are the Twitter and Peerindex icons, which appear in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. |
What are the colour choices? You can choose from any of the following: white, black, blue, purple, brown, grey, green, light grey, orange, yellow, magenta, dark grey. |
What type of image should I use for my homescreen? All images sent to us should be a .png file. As with most things, the smaller the file size the better also, as the images are stored online and will be downloaded upon viewing. Both images must be 367 x 320 pixels in size. |
Should I use a different image for my loading screen to my main background screen? We suggest that you do. Every "mini" app allows for a loading screen, which appears for 3 seconds before dissapearing to reveal your app homepage. We suggest you have one image with the words "Loading..." on it, and another without these words so that the user experience is satisfactory. |
What happens if I change my mind about purchasing a "mini" app?You must notify us within 24 hours of making your purchase to advise us that you no longer want to take advantage of the "mini" app. If we are notified after this period we will take an administration charge of £5 and return refund the difference to you. |
What happens if I change my mind about the features in my "mini" appWhilst we are still building your "mini" app, you can change your mind about the features you want. Once your "mini" app goes live we can make remove functionality but you will not be entitled to a refund. Any future additions to functionality will be charged as per the pricing schedule. |
Can I add or remove projects from the "Project Map" in my "mini" app?Yes. The project map is built based on the data you input into a shared google spreadsheet. Only you and us have access to this document and it will be your responsibility to keep it up to date with the relevant data. You will have access to this spreadsheet at all times, giving you full control over the data within it. Feel free to add, remove or edit data as often as you like - and your changes will be immediately available within your "mini" app. |
How many images can I use for my "Project Map" details?Every project that you decide to map allows for up to 10 different project images. You will simply need to provide the URL to the project image and input the data into the spreadsheet provided. |
I want functionality that your "mini" app doesn't provide! We love hearing this and we want to know more. We are always looking for new ways to engage with our community members and provide them with tools that are useful. If you have a feature request, please get in touch with Mark or Su and we can discuss your requirements further. |
